My crystal ball says seller

All real estate is local.

we're in a sellers' market....and I see it slowly becoming a level market....

So far is a sellers market in my area.  

In general a seller's market but it varies from area to area, price point, etc. High end communities are still buyer's market based on inventory. I expect things to continue

Seller's market and it is not going to change any time soon, only if the elections bring big changes.

Modest Homes in Silicon Valley

Desmond Neoh - it's sellers market for most towns where I work. It is likely to stay the same for a while.

My Dallas area is a strong seller's market.

In MY area, I believe it is a Seller's market right now because of low inventory.   Homes are going under contract quickly and Buyers who don't go decisively are being left behind.

In our area it is a Seller's Market.  For now I see it as continuing until the inventory levels change.

Where I practice in Florida:

    Tallahassee market continues to be a Buyer's market.

     Ocala also continues to be a Buyer's market.

     Sarasota is a Seller's market, it will stay that way.

I think it will be a sellers market for a while.  If they ever decide to sell.

Sellers market, we need more inventory.

Under $200k we are a seller's market. I think we are going to continue to see improvements in our local market. 

We are in a stand off. Buyings stopped going up in price, sellers unwilling to come down in price.  What is very interesting is that instead of expireds most of the listings are instead being places, temp off the market. 

Still a very strong seller market with no end in our immediate future.

Seller market bigtime in the Denver, Co. area and for at least a year.

Our overall market is still a buyer's market but there are some neighborhoods that are in an extreme seller's market. This is for Clarksville TN.

Strong sellers right now.

It is so localized. In our market it's a little balanced on the Seller side because our inventory is low. But 45 minutes up the road in Denver, it's a feeding frenzy of multiple offers and appraisal waivers, and it doesn't look like their Seller market is going away any time soon.

Our market, it always depends on the price point and ours are all over the map. Under 200k, in great condition, financeable = seller's market (< 60 DOM)
Luxury homes, waterfront homes, LAND, commercial . . . still a buyer's market. Land . . . building is up so that could be changing.

Heavy seller market and will stay that way until we see more homes built

We are finally seeing a sellers market.

In Denver we are seeing serious Seller's market, and should be this way at least through this year.

Scale is tipping towards the seller!

Good morning Desmond. It is a buyers market in much of New England, however there are area, that is just not the case.

It's been a seller market overall here in the Charlotte area for over a year and I don't see that changing soon.

Currently it's mostly a seller's market here and that trend looks like it will continue.

Our market continues to be hot.
