I had a buyer ask for a metal statue of a naked woman with a generous chest that was in the back yard. Seller wouldn't sell it.

I've had Buyers ask for vintage cars, boats, tractors, and the best was all the farm yard animals including a pig, a goat, a donkey and dozens of chickens! 

Just this week a Buyer wanted a bicycle that was in the garage???

There were some buyers who wanted to see a condo listing of mine on a Saturday night at midnight.  It's a gorgeous building near American University, and they wanted to check the place out to see if there were any toga parties!  Luckily, it was really quiet and they bought the place.

A McDonald deep fryer in the 1950 vintage kitchen. It looks like the the hood has not be degreased since 1950s.

The stove looks like a defunct pizza oven in a 1000 sf tiny house.

The buyer asked for a new kitchen. Sells say take it or leave it.

We had a listing which we staged.  They buyers wanted all of the furniture, regardless, and kept asking for items when we went through negotiation of inspection items.  The sellers ended up giving the buyers some cash and told them where to find the items at Pier One.
