I use the free Mailchimp like Ryan Huggins - Thousand Oaks, CA and am very happy with it. It has brought me business.

I do not do email blasts since I do not like receiving them.

I detest email blasts. Since most of the agents I know agree, I do not sent them. My brokerage does two a week for new listings and weekend open houses. I get hundreds every day and they are just clogging my email until I can get them deleted.

Years ago, but now I do almost all through Buffini's Referral Maker CRM; tracking is crucial and I can get bounce, open & unsubscribe data all in my CRM.

I have used Constant Contact effectively. It definitely has its benefits. If you plan on sending less than 2,000 emails per month, MailChimp could be a good free option.

I do use Constant Contact, like the backend knowing who opens and what they click on.

Peter Mohylsky - I do not use 'blast' - though my sphere do get their once-a-month eReport.

None, nada! Email blasts are a sure way to lose long-term clients. Too impersonal and 'Robo'

I do not use any e-mail company such as Constant Contact or Mail Chimp.
ISP will shunt messages from those domains directly to the spam folder if they are delivered at all.
I use SEND BLASTER from expendable IP addresses.
CAUTION: Take care your IP address does not get flagged and know your ISPs transmission block sizes.

I used to. I like Active Campaign now as it's a CRM program, so I can do blasts as well as custom timelines.
