We have several teams in my office but I don't knwospecifically how they are organized. 

There are no teams in my office..Everyone preferes to be a lone wolf but we all help cover each other

Fall into? Don't get it. We have many types which I'm assuming you mean total #. We also have someone in our office who coaches investors. We also have someone who has 6 buyers agents, a manager, 3 transactions mgrs & a dog.

I am a team of 1 but it is more like Me Myself and Irene

Types:

1. Empire teams where all transactions are recorded under one name. Team members, should they choose to leave, have NO historical record of their performance. Such superstar personality teams have initials like NL and DD.

2. Leveraged teams who use members as force multipliers by specialization.

3. Social teams who operate with individual identies but are partners in service coverage and income and expense sharing.

4. Time hole teams where group production is not 2.5 times the annual amount of the typical office agent.

I treat teams like plagues upon the earth. I get my shots and work with them when needed. When it comes to teams you simply don't know who you are talking to or who you will be working with and they all blame someone else that is not a member of the team.

We seem to have "Teams" which usually consist of two agents who work together, and then there are two or three "Groups".  I'm lucky to work in an office where we don't have to steer clear of anyone!

Our office is not set up with teams. We do help each other. I've often wondered about working with a team.  

I don't really work in the office, so probably cannot offer any information.  Would not know if there is a difference.

I work in a small office, we are all like a big team if someone needs help, but each on our own. 

We have 180 agents in our office and I bet there are 25 + teams.  Each are set up differently.  Some teams share an assistant, some have their own assistant, and some even have their own buildings they work out of.  

Our team is just the two of us for now and we have a part time assistant.  We may add an agent or two but our primary focus is selling and customer service.

We have teams and groups and one who likes to be called mega team.  I don't really care as long as they follow advertising rules.

I don't currently work as a member of a team.

There are many teams in our large office. Most of them are very successful.

We have teams, but I'm a sole practioner and pay little or no attention to the teams so have no idea of the types or how they are organized.

Any number from zero up. Some offices have no teams, others have several. 

Good question, did not know there were any specific types though.

I am on Leanne's team.  Who is Leanne? You wife?. No, my team leader. What?  You can not strike on your own depends her on leads?

The relationship is just temporarily.  Often you hear bitter complaints about commission split, and human relationship....
