If the buyers freak out over something, I move on...there is always something else to buy.  Not cool to talk them into something they are not comfortable with...

The main reason that there is buyers remorse is because agents try to talk buyers into doing something.

I'm not familiar with Certainteed but as a home inspector it's best for you to state the facts.   

I was not aware of it, either, so went online and read about it.  If buyers are uncomfortable, then they can make the decision to move on. Just present the facts and let the chips fall where they may.

The sellers should be freaking out. They own the problem!

is that similar to a Hardiplank siding material.... part wood, part cementitious (sp) material....

First I've heard of this which is not good.
