Eric, For our market area, our brokerage defines luxury as $500k and up (zip codes 45040, 45036, 45066 and more). Now of course there are homes that are above that that are a far cry from luxury (perhaps they have 20 acres and a horse barn to justify the price). Most of our market has a median price in the $200-$250k range, so doubling that to $500k is a pretty good indicator of upscale. Bill
