I agree that it's become more common place again. Possibly a seminar?

Often times it's not even full price for 3% in costs. Everyone's situation is different but it's becoming the new norm.

I cannot remember. Most offers these days are over asking with no contingencies. Buyers won’t risk losing an opportunity.

Most do not have concession or credits worked in.  Home warranty, yes.  Seller paid fees, yes.  But that is standard practice.  Credits usually come as part of the repair process.

My cash buyers are all cash and no contingencies on my bank owned listings. When you look at re-sales, every buyer asks for the seller to pay closing costs it seems.
