In today's market I'd love to only work with sellers, but a lot of our business is by referral so we are happy to work with buyers as well.  

 Better be both as lister's become buyer's and buyer's become seller's!

Both... I like working with both buyers and sellers and like a balance in my business. I believe I'm a better buyer's agent when I represent sellers and a better seller's agent when I'm out in the field with buyers.

We're an independent "boutique" brokerage, not very large. We understand the value of listings, but we procure a good number of buyers as well. Other firms in our area often are unable to bring buyers in the price range of our upper-bracket listings, so more often than not, we wind up procuring the buyer for our own listings.

Lead generation and advocacy is our business focus. Our marketing targets listing around our listings and buyers through our military campaigns and then to our database it's equally: buyers, sellers & investors. I like having a mix, as I never know where the market is truly going. I'm aware of the indicators of course, but the mix is a nice mutual fund for any market.

I have my ABR so Buyers are my choice.

We are focused on our clients and their land, both go hand in hand.

On listings ideally, but I'll take a well qualified motivated buyer any time. 

Primariy listings though this year we have more buyers than ever...but thay are from our sphere are were fomer listings.

Both with a higher concentration toward sellers.
