A time machine would be very useful.

I'd like the tool that allows me to kick my disloyal clients in the gut, the way they do me, but then like Men In Black , erase their memory of my offense.

Better video tours that actually make the clients feel they are inside the property and can turn in an direction to see what they want. I think it probably exists, but most of the real estate home videos that I have viewed are not very well done.

It seems like everything already exists. Everyone's a developer, kids are creating apps, webtools at the speed of light.

I believe the great opportunity is to take tools that already exist and apply them in new innovative ways that work at the individual level.

What works for one will not work others.  There are more digital sources, tools, lead routers than you can count..........

Creation of holograms what can be projected into a house for touring purposes, with ability to 'see' but not interact. 

On a more practical level, multi-user (subscriber based) app for repair estimation and a separate app for evaluation. 

How about a metamaterial that decouples gravity or covers what you don't want seen. That should be good for my business.

Kyle Volenik On a more practical level, a question was asked today regarding agent safety and about mace and tasers and keeping a big dog close by. How about a security service the agent can call that will place a call back precisely when the agent instructs and will respond if the 'safe word or phrase' is heard. For example, I use 'shopping' is the trigger word. Office calls and I say 'I going shopping later' they know to dispatch help. Panic buttons are already avialable that summons law enforcement,  but may be an over reatction.

This may prove a valuable resource as the brick and mortar brokerages become less appealing to the agent who understands the sharing marketplace..
