You might want to rethink this whole approach. Automation is great up to a point, but I think that getting an unsolicited video message after giving up my email address to look at listings on a web site would be too much of a good thing. At some point, you have to start "banking human".

Have you tried Zapier? It is a great way to create the shortcuts. I pay for the $20 a month program. I use it to save steps when people sign up for a webinar, I can tall Zapier to: when x signs up for gotowebinar, add x to gotowebinar and then add to my email list. It can do all sorts of things like that.

They say this is a people business, and with that in mind, you also may have to consider that a person may need to coordinate these transitions.
I would suggest hiring an assistant who can be trained to do an excellent job of making sure these leads are handled properly.

Go to your BombBomb people and ask them about some resources. This is the type of business they do.
I recommend getting a contractor, maybe from Fiverr. Joy Bender has had good luck with them doing simple tasks.
Hi Micah - I have been unable to find anyone willing to allow a video imbed in an e-mail. I was told that it was a very dangerous practice from a cyber-security perspective.

Big brokerages hire assistants to filter through and give REAL LEADS to agents as incentives to stay with them. This online leads does not work there.

You may be able to find a geeg somewhere, but I would definitely look over their shoulder so you never have to have another person do it for you. I might even video tape the procedure.
