I had not noticed this but sometimes these thing happen, I am sure it is only temporary.  Let Bob Stewart know of your concern, he will have more perspective to share than most of us can.

Yes, I see mine on the Chrome because it saved the old urls mostly not through AR.  When I use another browser or PC I do not exist. 

If I am competing with Z, Realtor.com, Craigslist I am not able to compete period.

I haven't been checking on a regular basis but should. Interested in what others have to say!

Corinne Guest, Managing Broker might have a point, now that Z no longer owns AR.

Obviously it depends on the keywords involved. I would say that Page 1 is a pretty good bet except for top terms like 'real estate' etc where T & Z take the top spots.

It's not so much AR - it's Googles algo that changes.

You really need to get off goofle (intentiona) and start using Bing or other.

Goofie is now Pay to play with very few agents able to rank in prime markets anymore

I must admit I don't look or check very often. But on occasion I do see my posts showing up on page 1.

I have noticed that only the big names are on page 1.  Zillow, Trulia, Realtor.com along with some paid agents to be there.  Our flow is not as powerful as it once was even with keywords.  Money has taken over my spot.

I would think it would be better than a year ago since they have done so much with the SEO and behind the scenes structuring. When did you first notice a drop in your rankings?

If you are using the right format, tags and keywords, it should work, but getting on page one is tough now with the big companies.

Are you going long tail or short tail?  It's hard to compete on "City homes for sale" with the big companies.

That's great that you were on page 1.

Will be interesting to read about the results of Bob Stewart 's investigation into this.

It depends on what I write, if it shows up on the first page or not.

I will look for tips from others. 

When did you notice it? How about stats, do you still have a lot of clicks?
