Good morning Will. Not very common in my local area, but have seen it when there is a higher end home available in the spring, summer and fall months.
Yes ...great way to stay in touch with new trends in building, design, decorating and new materials....it's fun to tour !
Yes we do and it is very successful.
Yes, we have 17 homes that are being built by 13 builders. The Parade of homes will be in June.
Yes it is put on by the Home Builders Association every fall.
This weekend in Tallahassee. Great chance to get out and meet the Builders, meet the Sales Agents for those builders, and just get up-to-date on the Construction Industry.
It's also a great opportunity to take exterior and interior photos to save on your hard drive. You will have them when you need a generic photo for a blog or social media post.
Our family in Denver was involved at one time. They furnished several homes. A
I think we still do. It was a pretty pricey thing to put on. It was always $500+ new construction homes at the time. Showcased newer home feature & some were pretty cool.
Yes..several times a year
We have several. My favorite is the Swiss Ave tour. Beautiful grand homes built in the late 1920's
Yes we do, just wrote a post on this a few weeks ago.
They are not the same as years past, but we do still have them.
it's called ramble and yes monthly. I don't go.
In some areas of town.
No. I heard the term when I joined ActiveRain.
Yes for new construction every year. A lot of lookers mostly!
Actually, several of them throughout the year.
yes, happens every spring in my area. I just wrote a blog about ours on my own website. I am not a fan of them, but many agents love them.
Will Hamm I have never attended one - however, there may not be many in our area.
We used to have one but not in the last few years.
Yes it does but not as popular as before
We do not.
We do here in the Springs. Fun to see the houses.
Will Hamm They did when I worked for a big box company, but they were terminated due to lack of interest. I'm referring to the weekly home tours. I believe you are referring to an annual type event.
I have not heard of one in Chicago land at all.
I guess so. In Palo Alto now it is empty.....
Yes, the builders have it usually in the Spring.
Erie had Parade of Homes for years but no more. Now the larger companies host their own 'Open House' weekend.
Have agood day Will Hamm
We have a few, but mostly to feature decoraors or gardens, not homes for sale.
The town just north of us does, but not here.
