Oh my goodness! Our lawyer says all the time, "Take a magazine with you to Inspections. Sit on the couch and read. Do not point things out. Do not answer questions about the house. YOU ARE NOT A HOME INSPECTOR."

None!  They wait for it to be called out on an inspection and give a credit for it!

I will have to remember this next winter when the side walk is not cleared to show the ome!

I can change a light bulb, fix many little things, and even paint the entire house, but it does not mean I volunteer to do that. 

Read the story. You just can't fix stupidity!

Just one. One call to the home owner that is

treading on thin ice when a real estate touches anything in someone else's home.... "stuff breaks"....simple tasks can become nightmares....

Stay away from changing it.
