Do you have any statistics on the tangible $$ value and time on market of staged  vs non-staged homes?  

I'd like to see inexpensive things they can do themselves

Costs, how paid and when. Pros and cons and why. Price ranges recommend for staging. Simple but effective examples of staging at work.

I like Jennifer Mackay 's suggestion, if people thought they could do this inexpensively, whether with a pro or on their own they would be more receptive to it.

Is there a sliding scale of services?

Maybe an explanation of the various types of staging, from using the clients own things, to bringing in just a bit to fully furnished.  Sometimes people assume all or nothing.

Terry, unless you are a former TV or radio news person, I'd get more coaching about how to act and speak and dress in front of a camera/microphone.  There is a lot of really awful video that is so bad in presentation that people miss the great content.

You have some great suggestions here.  Mine would be keep it short and concise.  Attention spam these days is very short.  A

Virtual staging is something a few people have inquired about and might help motivate them to consider staging, all other things being equal.

Give examples of how staging a home (that had been on the market for at least a few weeks before it was staged) has helped to sell the home.

For some reason people think they have to remodel their whole house when in fact, it's just some paint & furniture removal. Let's face it - some people don't know how to decorate or they've bought a couch that's too large for a room & just live with it.

You can do it EZ.

i would try to help agents to help buyers and sellers to envision how a room could look, either to make better use of the space etc... everyone  (most) have a difficult time seeing what it can be...
