Goodness no... my first brokerage was Halstead Property in NYC and I've been in Charlotte since 1998. This is my third brokerage here.

It was a sad day when my first brokerage was bought by franchise.  Last eight years I have been with company that is very similar in management style.  Love it

One brokerage for 9 years then I went independent and never looked back.

three times in 38 years.... and always for an advancement with my management position....

No. 5. This one for 4 years.

No, my first brokerage was Merrill Lynch Realty in La Jolla, CA and then they were bought out by Prudential California and then they were bought out by Berkshire Hathaway. I have changed offices enough to learn how most, if not all the big brokerages do business.

Only twice. My first company was bought out, bought out again & on the 3rd round I said I'm outta here.

This is my third office. The other two were  sold and moved out of the area.

I am!  I'm wined and dined (well... coffee'd and lunch'd) and stayin' put.

First one in 1997, second one in 2001 third one in 2009 and 2013 now my own.

Have relocated several times over the years and at each stop found change necessary!

I've had 4 brokerages in my 12 year career. 

At #3. Nothing lasts forever, including the broker one chooses to affiliate with.

We started witih Keller Williams. We changed offices with them once. Then we changed companies twice. I don't plan on making any other moves.

It is my 5th. No, I never ever missed my first brokerage.

I'm still with the company I intially joined, but we have many offices.  The first office I joined was shut down and merged with another.  The second office underwent a management change that wasn't for me.

Same team, but different brokerage.  Now our own.

Only changed brokerages one time.

I'm in my 4th brokerage in 34 years.  And the only reason I moved from any of them is that my beloved locally owned medium sized company got bought by a big box.  And it was always within a few months of the company ordering very expensive and large golf umbrellas with the company logo.  In my current office, we have all made our broker promise, NO UMBRELLAS!

NOOOO! I lost count!

In 36 years I have been with 5 companies and one of them was my own which we ran for 10 years. I would not do it again at this stage of my career. The agents definitely make more than the broker. I get all the company benefits of a showing service, receptionist, making appointments, stationary products, telephone, internet, color printing, webinars, online training and brochures and am at 100% since I capped early this year. You can't beat that. 

Yes, even after my first year Peter Mohylsky, I am still with the same brokerage and have not changed!  For me it was a simple and easy choice as Roger and I were 'Team Angeloni' and working out of the same office.  I did interview our Manager, and this was a person that Roger really connected with, so it worked for me.  It would have been more difficult if I would have connected with a different Manager out of another brokerage, so I did not do the interviewing, as other newbies did.  

The fourth is my own and the best!

Like jobs some realtor will make a move every year thinking grass is greener.

We're still with our first brokerage. Our broker is kind, knowledgeable, and (mostly) stays out of our way if we want to do something radical. 

No. Started with RE/MAX in Boston, then to a new RE/MAX here in SoCal. Changed to my current brokerage in 2011
