Of greater interest and importance is what NewsCorp can or will do to Zdevil with the proceeds they receive.

NAR needs those dollars to continue being ever vigilant to protect the mortgage deduction which is under constant assault. That will require ALL of the 3 mil they get. Shoot, that won't be enough to bring the Billaries to speak at the next NAR convention.
