Too many surfers trying to catch the same wave.

The biggest water issues we are having this year are flooded forest roads and flooded basements.

To hide under the moniker of "anonymouse" you must be in fear of losing your deal/employment over this question!

I have never had issues arise with water rights or shares.

In Dallas Txas the answer is none.

Those that dont have it, need more. Those that have too much cant get it to those who need it. But in reality, it differs from state to state. Who can dam it, who can pump it and how much are all regulated.

Sorry - can't be of any help at all. No problems with that. Are you talking about co-ops, utility districts, municipal or private? What state are you in? I will ask around if you can be a little more specific.

There are many, and in my area that is further complicated by irrigation water...which every buyer wants. 

I have yet to have this be an issue.  

We do not usually have those issues in our area.

This really does depend on what state you're in. Most eastern states have pretty straightforward riparian water rights law. Western states have appropriative water rights law which gets interesting. Then California and Oklahoma have both...
