I have and I got out of my car, in a loud voice, and took control before it escalated into manslaughter. Police came and I advised them to what really happened and not every ones little concocted story. The police got it

Call 911 and stay clear.

Thank Goodness we don't have such behavior up here... we don't even honk mean... I think if it did happen I would be so shocked I wouldn't know what to do... but I might call the troopers.

I call the local police on their non-emergency line then try to avoid the conflict.

Dial 911 and get photo the license plates.

Call 911 and be the best witness possible.

Pull out your phone and call 911, best to let the police handle this.

I'd get a plate number....pull off the road and call the police....but stay the heck away from all of it.... 

I'd get license numbers if I can ... descriptions of vehicles ... and call 911.

We would slow down and call 911.  A

Mind my driving and try be in their way. Pull off and call 911.

I personally would not get between them, but would take down license plates, color of vehicle, model, etc., and if possible, pictures, and briefly write down what I saw (who was weaving in and out, and who was waving, etc).  And I would report this.  So much easier to 'remember' details if you can jot them down when you see them at that moment in time Paul S. It actually happened to me a few years ago. Our family all met at Church on Easter and one of us got into an incident - a stranger actually got  out of his car at a light and punched one of our cousins who was driving. Brother in law got out of his car to assist. Small melee followed by crazy stories at dinner.

Keep my distance and call 911.

If it is right in front of me, I'd stop and try to help as much as I can leaving my information.

Hit the brakes  and call the police!

• Evaluate the seriousness of incident & act accordingly.
• Life threatening, health is to be adressed with personal help. Offer first aid.
• Cooldown situtation with courage and deplomatic way. eg: divert attention by creating fearful atmosphere for offender.
•  Then asking public help. For that shout or honk vehicle
• Post photo on social media for police assist.
• Then call 911 because layover time can jepordize someones life or helth without first aid or personal help.

Get off the road before they pull their gus out.

You did the right thing.

Living in SoCal its a common if not daily occurance. I just dial 911, report it and keep on moving as far away as I can as fast or slow as I have to.

Good job for calling them in!  Who knows who they might have injured or killed because one or both of them got their drivers license from a box of Cheerios.

Driving in Chicago it is a daily occurence. Stay back and proceed on your way!

I slow down, I let them get waaaaay ahead. If I'm close enough to where I 'm going I may even detour, especially with passengers. I'd love to add call 911, but they do nothing in SoCal, you have to be witnessing a murder to get them to not tell you "hang up and call your local SDPD".

First stay back so i dont get caught up in their inevitable crash. Call the police from blue tooth and then Turn on my go pro mounted on dash.

You could do what everyone else does. Enable the video feature on the cell phone.

Option 2

Blow your horn to intensify the confrontation with video running.

Option 3

Keep them in front of you so you can keep out of the way

Pass them so they can see your COEXIST bumper sticker

Option 5

Text your 'bud' with a 'You won't believe this' as you barrel down the highway.

Option 6

Call 911, keep video running and watch how the pro'sescalate a volatile situation.

DO not follow them into the CircleK parking lot. That is how innocent bystanders get shot.

It's unsettling to watch and nowadays people are shooting at each other over road incidents.  I fall back to avoid getting caught in their erratic driving.
