If it is one of the best high end broker, I'm sure they know what to do. The pictures look great. Yet, if they are ok with you marketing on your own, why not to post on your social networks?

Arm length ones aren't bad.  For armed length, I'd market to the CRPA & NRA!  Ok, joking aside now.

If it's with one of the best area brokerages focusing on high-end I'd take their marketing plan and do a gap analysis compared to what you would have done.  If gaps exist, I'd ask them to market there or to give you permission to do the marketing (as a the owner, which it sounds like you are, at least partially).  Since it sounds like you are an owner/partial owner, there is nothing stopping you from marketing it on your site, to your friends, at the local country club (or yacht club), etc.  I'd just get your agent's blessing first, so as not to ruffle any feathers.

Just for the record based on some responses from a few AR contributors. I have the family's blessings on this and I've fully disclosed the listing broker. I'm not intervening in anyway and I'm sure the listing broker appreciates me as a family member augmenting the sales effort and directing it to them. They're not AR members to my knowledge and I'm sure they wouldn't mind the added exposure.
