I am in my office daily...my home office!

I'm here only 5 days a week.

I've never stepped foot in our Brokerage.  I'm either in my home office or I'm like wind - I'm everywhere my clients are!

Hi Jack - As broker-owners of our own company, we go in pretty much every weekday and probably at least once per weekend - that's a lot more than when we were at the big boxes.

I am always in my office, sometimes it is the mobile office, sometimes the home office, and other times one of the office bldgs.

I had to go to office today to pick up check and I got lost.

I am in my mortgage office nearly every business day and often on Saturdays too, at least for some hours.  

Back when I started in this business (1975) , it was typical for LOs to visit real estate offices often.  It was what was done.  Now?  Nope ... you reach out to an agent via texting, phone, etc .. to see where and when they can meet.  I find it's rarely their office.  And actually, I like the modern way better, Jack Lewitz  ... I'm sure you find much the same ...

I spend a good 20 hours a day there!  Of course, I work from home...

We work from home a lot or are out in the field selling.  I (Jared) go in 1-2 times a week for a few hours.  

I rarely go into my broker's office and have my own home office that meets all my needs.

I don't have an office at my brokerage and don't go in there at all except to deliver commission checks, escrow checks. 

I work mostly from home.  I visit the office when there's a check waiting for me and when the broker insists I be present for meetings. 

This is turning out to be an unusual 8 weeks where I will make 12 visits to the office. The party is on my street this quarter.

Wayne goes in a few times a week, I go in about once a month. We're both in our home office every day.

When I need to - a few times a month

Most often once a day, i cant make money sitting beind a desk. 

For appointments.

The actual brokerage office - once or twice a week for an hour or two.

My home office - daily.

I find the actual office to be much too distracting and noisy.

I typically stop by each day --- sometimes it's just a few minutes while other days may be more.  

Something like that. I just go to pick up my commission check ( if not wired) or meet someone. We have online meetings and digital filing.

As often as necessary, but no more so. I work from home, so I attend occasional meetings with the other agents and occasionally meet a client there. 

6 or 7 days a week for 6 or 7 hours a day

Every few weeks, or more often on days of closings so I can pick up the escrow.

My office is not very busy with people present during the day. They were getting new carpet the other couple of days so that's another reason to stay away.

We are in the office once a week for the Weekly Staff Meeting/Home Tour, and sometimes another day, depending on what is going on with paperwork and/or clients Jack Lewitz.
