I received an email at 6:43 this morning about a listing I posted yesterday. After a google search and a chat, I'm showing it to them at 4pm today. Isn't that why we post our Listings?

I market my homes in many places. I have not been contacted through AR about a property, however I've gotten several contacts from other sources. Some with info some with barely a name. Usually it's a "please tell me about the home" type email. I ask what they want to know (since all the major info is online). That usually starts a conversation (if they respond at all) and allows me a better sense of comfort when showing the home.

i find the leads that come through activerain in my 8 years here have been 90% spammers, 5% vendors wanting to sell me services, and 5% public inquiries. The public inquiries seem like they were most common 7ish years ago or whenever i started here.
