As a former lender I did speak to underwriters frequently, but only in that roll. As an agent/broker I would rather stay out of it and let my LO & their processor handle the loan.  I did my share and I don't miss it.  

Now I have to read what everyone thinks!

Agents should never talk to underwriters. That's the job of the LO. Agents sell, and LOs process and get the loan closed. We should not cross the lines.

C can't really happen.  The horn, when fully grown, would prevent the head from fitting in the lap.  The maiden might get the neck and part of the head, but that horn is problematic.  And no, you can't rotate to the other side because the snout/nose region creates a similar size and placement issue.

The latter. Underwriters while they do not speak directly with us, they do indirectly through the lenders. Pot o'gold? That would have to be the Gubberment paying us all our entitlements...SURE!
