  Listening to Buyers or Sellers who "saw it on HGTV", or customer/clients who tell you that "Zillow says..."

The paperwork is drowning me and especially when the underwriter wants things sent 3 and 4 times 3 or 4 different ways.

All of it!  Some days one more than others.  It's all part of the big picture!  

Hand-holding; sometimes, but showing endless properties to buyers probably wins. I try to look at as market research.

Marketing your business and prospecting ~ have to be done the most. Showing property, working on file, qualifying clients are not that difficult and time consuming. 

It varies depending on which area of RE you work in...but speaking generally overall it would be paperwork.

I'd say just about everything on that list (except getting them to say yes and paperwork) is all equally time consuming, if done right.
