   Be there for them.  Sometimes the sharpest title closers or attorneys will miss something.   It is imperative that you review every document, especially the CD.   More than once I have quietly passed a document to the title closer and tactfully asked a question about something that I knew needed correction.

If I get more attached with the client, I may get them something personal or make something yummy for them.

Back in the day (90s) it was common in the city of Moorpark for new home owners to get a coupon book from the city (I think) with coupons for pizza and local places.  Maybe something like that?  My mom never wanted to cook on moving day!  Dinner out or a pie in.
