Mehran Mazinani - I'd suggest Samsung Galaxy Note 5 - if you like Android and iPhone 6S+ if you are an Apple lover.

I use a Samsung... but that's me. You need to do your own research. And I'm not a big use of apps.

Get a phone you like working with, and a carrier with good coverage in your area. Don't overload yourself with apps.

You're welcome. My personal preference is for Android and I use the Nexus 6p. It's amazing! Android phones tend to be 1-3 years ahead of Apple devices technologically. Their last major update was a swype keyboard and they touted it as a great invention. Android users had that built in for two+ years at that point. That's just one example.
With that said, you really need to take complete stock of your technology footprint. Do you use a windows system or a mac? Do you have ipods and ipads or android tablets? Do you use apple or google hosted email? While one phone may be flashier or more fun to use, if you have an apple house and put in an android, you will have a harder time with it than if you had an apple phone... especially if your contacts are on the computer. Apple phones work best with other apple products, while androids work better with windows and pure linux systems (which I doubt anyone here uses).
As to apps, I've tried a few and so far Hootsuite, social media apps and Realtor.com are the only ones I've found useful. Hootsuite allows me to post to Instagram from my computer through a convoluted process of passing data from one app to the next.

I love my iPhone, it's like having your little computer with you at all times; I also use it for opening lockboxes. You can explore the apps: scanning, signatures and so on.

I use an android phone and found apps that work well. Decides on the size you want to carry and the price your planning to spend. I'm sure any smart phone will work.

The cellphone recommendation can vary depending upon the country you are located in, your budget for the phone (whether bought outright or on contract), your budget for voice, data and other services, the apps you want to use, how you intend to use the phone and more.

I was forced to switched from Blackberry to iPhone years ago when I joined a big box brokerage whose apps did not support BB. You may want to wait until you are licensed and affilated with a brokerage to decide so it is compatible with their apps.
Apps currently include MLS, Supra, scanner app, dropbox, a couple safety apps, and a QR scanner (rarely used any more).
