I don't do lead capture on my sites, since when I visit sites that require it I always "self identify" as Mickey Mouse.  I'd say the biggest issue would be filtering out the people like me who use fake names (I've been everything from fictional characters to the Roman God of War), I almsot always use "a@a.com" as my email and one of the busy test lines the phone company has setup (24x7 busy signal).

Haven't concentrated on that part of my biz in long time. Needless to say, my web leads have practically vanished.

THey need to sign in with eMail and a phone #. Almost all phone # are legit.
