I would not subscribe because that would mean one more to add to the 600 things I know I am not going to read. After a while that mountain of 'undone' starts to weigh on ones Psyche.

  Keep the money.  Take us all to lunch instead.

They aren't really what I would call 'in depth'. Some of their writers are just bozos or the same stuff is rehashed over & over again.

I get it free but I can't remember how.

Far too much money for me, I dont have time to read all of the free info that I subscribe to.  Though their headline teasers sound tempting they do not offer anything that cannot be found elsewhere.

Judging by the stack of unread magazines I have (that's now almost as tall as I am!!) and the 50 unread emails between my accounts, no thanks!  I've read a couple of their articles and they were interesting but nothing I'd pay for.  The most intresting ones tend to get rebroadcast by people anyways, so a google search can usually pull up the full article. 

I have been debating the same thing and don't think the value received is worth the dollars spent.

I don't due to the cost, and I often find many of their offerings on Twitter in complete posts or on LinkedIn.

I have a free subscription as a CRS to Inman Select. That's enough for me

I do not and would not pay for it, occasionally they have something worthwhile but the last year or so got turned off with them switching from REPORTING the news to BEING the news.  Do not have an affinity for self proclaimed experts that write about things they know nothing about and proclaimimg this IS the new way, get used to it.  Can you tell left a sour taste, lol?

I will not be re-upping as the articles are not as good as they make them out to be and generally have read them elsewhere.

Good question, Thomas J. Nelson, Realtor .  I have considered re-upping too. Then I remembered during my last subscription period, I just didn't get around to reading it enough to justify.  

I wouldn't pay for it - but was interested to see Jeff Dowler CRS comment that it's free if you are a CRS.

I think it is one of the most valuable real estate resources online. It is worth the money in my opinion.

I've only seen their website on FB, and up until right now, did not know anyone who subscribed.  Why did you initially subscribe Thomas J. Nelson, Realtor?  Was it a learning experience or a networking experience, or possibly both?

I get it free as a CRS member. Some of their reporting is provocative and sometimes ill sourced but overall I do read it and make comments.

I follow some of their activity on Twitter and their website/blog, but don't subscribe.  I mostly listen to what they are saying and what others who follow/subscribe are saying about real estate trends.

RE is very local. I do my own analysis. If they claim there is a housing bubble how it affects my area I already know.

I do not subscribe to it. Some are annoying just like Lyn Sim says.
