Several things are unknown.
#1. Why do you think an email blast is needed. The agents in your area have access to the MLS and will be notified of new listings, price changes and status changes.
#2. If you already have the 'LIST' you can easily send from your very own desk.
#3. If you are concerned with with spamming, use MailChimp to do the dirty work for you.
#4. I use a free program (not web based) called SendBlaster. Be sure to chat with your ISP to determine what block size to stay under or your ISP will flag you as a spammer. Then none of your mail gets out.
Most agents do not look favorably on a notification of a new listing. My suggestion is to include something special to justify the send.

If I was to receive such an email, I would report as spam and I am sure that many others would do likewise. Interested agents would find the info on your MLS.

PropertyBlast.com is one I've used in the past.
One of the local associations (SRAR) gives their members free access the to "AnnounceMyListing" service that does this.
