We love our car wraps.  It's a great way to help branding.  We always are hearing about all the places they saw us.  It's a great reminder!

We don't see much of it around here but I know some people, like Larry Johnston who are having success. You sure have to be careful about your driving habits

I know Larry Johnston and Evelyn Johnston enjoy success on their car wraps but would not do it here. Many of my sellers don't want others to know and would not appreciate my car wrapped sitting in their driveway.

I like Larry Johnston's wrap. We don't see any wraps here. 

i love the idea. however i do not have the hutspa to do it. i prefer low key, under the radar approach. but i guarantee it gets business.. careful another driver may say you micro agressioned them lol

I've never done it myself - used to have a sign in my car window - I got 0 business from it in 6 years - I no longer have a sign on my car LOL

I do think Wraps bring in business, and think even having Mags can get you a second look, and someone who might ask questions Matt Berman.  I would prefer the Mags, because I can take them off.

Yes, it has brought us business and brand recognition.  We do not have gated communities or subdivisions that have commercial vehicle restrictions during the day.

Years ago, during the tech boom, I had my car done in a wrap and rode around in it (freeway) for two plus years. The value was in the morale of the company seeing their name in lights. Nothing else. Tacky and in your face dynamics if seen today. Has a desperation flavor to it

I don't have one and have found that many sellers appreciate that in the pre-listing phase. 

Out of around 1500 agents in this area I only know of about three that use them.  Don't know if it is successful but it doesn't hurt

However, some towns consider it to be a commercial vehicle so there are some restrictions when you park etc.

Matt - You don't see too much of the car wrapping in my area, but I would imagine it would help with your recognition. Not sure it would actually help your get more business, depending on how you drive.

I'm too much of an a hole to brand my cars while I'm cutting people off and flipping the bird.  

I have a friend tha has two vehicles wrapped and it brings her lots of calls and business. People stop her wherever she goes. I will not wrap my new Subaru. Just not my thing.

I would rather have magnetic signs I can remove. There are some days I don't want people to know I'm in real estate. Usually it's when we are off to the mountains to have fun with the stereo blaring.

I did that 25+ years ago....now I pay for lettering on a race car.... not on my personal vehicles.... it will ruin the finish on my BMW...

I am not a fan of having anything that makes my vehicle easier to spot in a crowd, for "other profession" reasons.  No stickers and a generic plate bracket (actually none at all right now, which probably isn't good).

Depends on your market.  Would you clientele want to see you pull up in front of their home wrapped?  

Only saw one wrapped car in Erie; new broker trying to attract business.  That was about nine years ago.  Gone!

Not for me, love the look of my shiny, black sedan w/nothing more than my "R" license plate in the front.

What is the cost for a full car wrap anyway?

I just reported an agent that keeps parking in a townhouse community with one. They are against the rules in many areas because it's considered advertising. No trucks, cars with named advertising on it.
