Do you mean the new version of 'tiny houses' or just a small house.
I remember writing a post where me & my purse couldn't turn around in a kitchen in a house I showed. Tops 600 sq feet & I wrote about the minimum size for getting a mortgage.

I have sold a few dog houses, but no tiny people houses.
No staging was needed.

Sarasota used to have a quaint community of little people from the Ringling Bros. Circus. They are all gone now. So, no; never sold a little house.

700 or 800 square feet townhouse/condo was the smallest I ever sold.

We have micro-condos (approx 300 square feet) in my area that have been built over the past few years. Is your "tiny house" bigger or smaller than that size?

Small houses yes, but never a tiny house.

How ''tiny''?
Are we talking about something like this? In that case: no. But I'd love to! How much house you need if you live alone?

I have sold small houses around 700 sq. ft. But don't think that qualifies as a tiny house.

I have and it sold because every piece of furniture and accessary was very small too... the homeowner had sense enough to make it look and feel spacious...

Hi Jack - I've never even been in one, but I would sell one if I had a truly insane buyer who really wanted to make his entire life as inconvenient as possible, biting my tongue the entire time.

No, I have not, and have not actually seen one here, which doesn't mean they don't exist in Tucson Jack Lewitz - how much fun would that be! Even though I would be claustrophobic, that is only 'me', and it's 'not' about me!!

No. I've seen a couple <1,000sf homes/condos out here though.

The logistics of living in those tiny houses has me baffled. Where do they store the extra roll of toilet paper. I once saw a picture with the toilet next to the kitche. Ick!

What's the definition of tiny? I have sold condos that are 700 square feet and less.
I represented a bank-owned property many years ago where the official public records square footage was 442. It was quite the memorable sale.

Not those that they show on TV. Last time I sold something really small was a studio apartment in NYC... about 500 square feet... and that was 20+ years ago.

No, I've had a few homes on the small side but still palatial compared to the new tiny house craze.

Jack Lewitz - not sold a real 'tiny' house in size - so far.
There are some marketing gurus here in 'Rain with great advice..

1. Paint the walls in light colours that are pretty. While that is subjective, you can go for understated elegance, like white trim and a soft sage green on the walls.
2. Add beauty on the walls: good art in the right size, shape, colour(s) and not too much of it. Draw the eye but make it seem like the house is beautiful, don't make it about the art. (You need the right kind of eye to do this.)
3. Many stagers like to remove the curtains, but sometimes they need to remain or better ones be put up, especially if they're truly beautiful and airy, like good quality lace.
4. Use minimal furniture and place it with skill. For example, two arm chairs placed under a window with a small table between them can seem very warm and inviting. Turn them a little so they seem to engage each other. The rest of the room can be empty.
5. Have a very clean house.
This is what comes to mind immediately, but pictures of the home would or could change the suggestions.

sort of. It was more than a decade a go and at the time was called a park model

Jack Lewitz I haven't seen any here. The County I live in does not allow homes on wheels except for the mobile parks that are grandfathered.
