Yes and yes, Mark! But that seems to be the case each year.

Changes and adjustments should be made all the time, regardless of the time of a year:) 

Defiantly changes. I have to be innovative and make sure that we so not slip.

The business plan is finetuned throughout the year based on ongoing changes in the world and other factors.

For me it's about keeping the momentum going.  This year is turning into a fun one.

I need to spend this last half of the year building my business for 2017.

I'm gearing up to kick some ass in this second half. My company has made some changes, and I'm going to really take advantage of those. 

Some adjustments, but generally staying the course.

Now comes my second wind.  As they say, " Now I get serious".

O tweek my plan all the time.

Business as usual and no changes are planned. The year looks like one of the best yet.

Keep on chugging along.

On course with my plan ... a few adjustments will be made. 

More of a fine tuning than anything else.  Opportunity is knocking.  

Hate to say this but adjusted the budget and the plan in June.

We do a mid year review this week, tomorrow in fact, so we'll analyze our goals for the year, our flight plan if you will, and make course corrections where needed.

Changes.

One is to get on a diet after eating all the bbqs. Yes, we need to make adjustment on business plans.

Mark - I have a few little tweaks here and there, but no significant changes.

I have decided to add a couple of changes due to opportunities that came my way.
