I do, monthly for the areas I sell most in. And I do a quarterly review and then a year-end review.

I SURE DO and am doing my mid year now for area towns, cities, residential and condo communities. They work great. They have staying power and they attract new clients. We try to do market reports monthly but sometimes we run out of time by the end of the month. I'd love to have time to do a mid-year report.

I like to do quarterly reviews of the market. I do this on a countywide basis. I don't break it down.

My June Reports which I am working on now will include a mid-year review. Once the templates are done ... they get easier.

I do quarterly market reports on every subdivision in my market that has homes selling for $150,000 and up.  Our average home price in 2016 is $144,000 and median price is $130,000. We have sold 1029 homes this year.

My market reports are simple and reflect the town that's our focus, Franklin..... I do them on Powerpoint with pie charts....I also do production charts....we get mileage on those....the title always has the keywords Free Market Analysis in it .....

It depends.  I'm in the process of doing some mid-year updates.

Yes, I do weekly ones.  I have toyed with the idea of also doing some monthly or quarterly ones, all my markets in one blog.  Haven't decided for sure yet.
