I do quarterly market reports on every subdivision in my market that has homes selling for $150,000 and up.  Our average home price in 2016 is $144,000 and median price is $130,000. We have sold 1029 homes this year.

My market reports are simple and reflect the town that's our focus, Franklin..... I do them on Powerpoint with pie charts....I also do production charts....we get mileage on those....the title always has the keywords Free Market Analysis in it .....
