Jeff, I hate to be the one to point this out BUT I think you just broke a rule here in the Q&A. You did good with asking a question and included a question mark. However, you asked more than one question 

Answer:  Almost always. It is my intention. However, sometimes execution does not happen.

I post a few, but generally I do not, too busy posting other stuff that I think people would be more interested in reading.

Sometimes I think that it would be a good idea to have a second page just for Real Estate and SEO type stuff and leave my main page for stuff that I would prefer to read and write.

I post all of the listings from the TOP DOGS for whom I market....just listed, sale pending and closed....plus the postcards that I mail ..... 

I do... and I wait till they sell before updating information. I get an extraordinary amount of traffic on my virtual tours through my AR blog and my outside blog to which I post my AR posts.

I leave them 'there' forever & have recently learned that I should take them down when it closes but I don't.

Yes. I post them coming soon, when they are live in the mls, when they are too late, when they are sold and I also do impromptu open house blogs and any other topics that help show case my listings.  I also share when buyers go to closing.

I do like to post my new listings on AR. My sellers love it. I send them the link to the post. I don't post when listings are pending. I also don't post all of my sales, but I try to. Sometimes there just aren't enough hours in the day. 

Jeff, All of the above.  Listings at coming soon or on market, at pending and at closing.  Buyers at closing and maybe at accepted contract too.  Depends on whether the market segment is one I want more press for.

No.  When they sell I don't have to worry about going back and updating the status that the property has sold.
