I don't understand. Why/how did this happen?  You can always - unless I'm missing something - have a Rainmaker account - for a fee if less than 500K points - or for free if over that.  Did you stop paying for a Rainmaker account and "demote" yourself - or is there something more sinister at play here.  If you don't share...we can't help...

I usually don't go past 10

20 is good because not all might apply to every market, so you may end up with a net of 10-15.

Any of a lot of trends, locally, nationally and globally, could affect the local marketplace and my business.

We are still seeing great sales, one of our biggest problem is our inventory. The other is unreasonable home owners that think their home is better than everyone elses.

Few avg folks can afford a home in SF Bay Area.  The affluent never stop buying or moving up.

Dowtown Oakland anyone?

#4 within your list is what I'm concerned about, since we are focused on new construction..... two young professionals with no children previously bought new construction, but now with the outrageous student loan payments, they can't afford a new home....most are just renting..... and baby boomers who would be selling and buying a 55+ place here and one in Florida are not....some continue to work because their retirement money tanked....

20 is a bit too much and most of us like a nice round number of 10 to read.

BTW, global warming or climate change is a hoax.  According to Al Gore, who has made an estimated $1 Billion off this fairy tale, we Floridians were supposed to be underwater by the year 2016.   Didn't happen; won't happen.

As a real estate school we are concerned with most of the same factors as any agent--if the housing market is performing poorly fewer people want to break into the industry and many leave it.
