A new one that I am reading this month is, "21 Things I Wish My Broker Had Told Me" by Frank Cook. It is 'Practical Advice for New Real Estate Professionals'. This was published in 2002, so it's not a new book. It's an easy read, a slim book, and there is definitely humor in his writing. You can skip around to different chapters, as it's not a novel! I'm learning more and enjoying it, too Melissa Marro.
