I am a big fan of Real Bird. I believe they have a lot of very useful tutorials and webinars and they are also AR member. You can post up to 2 listing there for free. I see a lot of members are sharing their listings( updates and open houses) here in the rain. You just copy/paste embedded code and you are done.

Oh Esther, RealBird is a terrific program, both the free version and the paid version, but it is not teachable in a question answer forum. I believe they offer videos on their site to familiarize you with the benefits of using the program.

I like using the property pages in my blog posts where I can send the buyers to take a clsoer look. I also like the search widgets. They give you lots of bang for a few bucks.
