Nope, no way. The 2 guys fell off the bluff here in Encinitas just south of Carlsbad. There have been several reports of injuries and a woman getting hit by a car. No doubt there's more. Pretty gimmicky and what audience are you really targeting?

I do not plan to use this in open house promotions. It will not likely bring qualifed buyers interested in that property to the house.

YES, YES, YES!!!

You can even request that your office gets a Pokemon stop. I forgot how to do that off the top of my head. I just read about how to do that. You can also get the game and set up lures for in front of your office. You can do the same thing with the owners permission of course, at your open house! How abaout buying some Pokemon cards to hand out to the kids, or better yet, create a Pokemon Go Tip Sheet to pass out to the people who come to the open house!  More branding for yoU!

Ask yoursefl " How many people that are playing Pokemon are also serious preapproved homebuyers" ? it's jsut a matter of time before people are sent to remote vacant properties to capture a Pokemon, and are robbed instead.

Let me start by saying, I played pokemon go last night for the first time, my husband and I took our girls (ages 3 and 9) and walked for about 3 hours we stopped for dinner, we laughed, we ran into other people on the street playing and shared info and good thoughts, it was free and an awesome family activity-we saw some cool sites in our city-it's dangerous if you don't pay attention!

That being said it don't put a pokemon stop at an open house, it's not for marketing, it's a great way for people to get out and see the sights and walk. What kind of traffic is being driven to the open, you'll have a ton of people in the backyard and people play at all hours, this will lead to it becoming more dangerous.

It is way more fun than I thought and our family will catch em' all!

If you're selling a $3 latte, this is great.  Get all the people in and everyone can afford a latte.  A house that you have to take out a loan to buy?  Not so much!  I'd rather sit at an empty open house for 3 hours than to have hundreds of people through who have zero intention of buying.

Plus, I seriously doubt any sellers would want people randomly showing up at all hours of the day and night looking for the pokemon.  This company that made this game is a real arse for putting these creatures in fire houses and cop shops.  People are calling 911 to get access to capture the pokemon.  Some guy bought an old church 10 years ago and turned it into his home.  Now it's a poke-stop and he's getting woken up at all hours and repeated calls to Niantic have not gotten the pokemon removed.
