As everyone knows I am licensed in the State of Nevada and once again I am seriously thinking about getting licensed to sell RE in Alaska!

I have heard of agents having Illinois, Michigan and or Wisconsin licenses if they are into that. However Illinois and Michigan do things very differently and you better know what you are doing.

I know a few on the Wis/Mn and Wis/Ill borders who do this and on AR those folks in the DC area seem to find this useful.

Robert Vegas Bob Swetz Some agents here in Northern Virginia are licensed in Washington DC and Maryland because of their close proximity.

Having a license in the state of CA is like having 4 licenses, since NorCal, The Bay Area, Central CA and SoCal are like working in 4 different states with clearly different rules and methods of doing business. The Bay Area & So Cal are almost opposites.
