I received an email saying thy want to buy a condo and responded and got a similar response to which I did not reply.

You just can smell the scam from a mile away!

I do not even waster my time with this type of solicitation.

Scam!  Soon we will hear about some agent that fell for this and their sad story of getting scammed.

Seems odd.  I'd run the link through a variety of scanners first.  Grammar and spelling is bad.  Either non-primary language or scam.

Canned letter. I always demand local loan preapproval letter.

As for that doctor title, she is unlikely to be able to get a decent home with her income.....
