Rentberry is a first renting platform with integrating price negotiation system. It was founded in San Francisco but already went worldwide. Meaning, a tenant can create a custom offer based on property demand. But, it doesn't mean that price will go up. Unlike with ebay, price for a rent can go down. When a tenant see that there is a low demand for property and no other offers, he can offer a lower price. Also, if a tenant has a great credit score and perfect background, he can also offer a lower price than another applicant. And there are good chances he will get it as very often landlord would prefer a bit lover price just to be sure his property will be in good hands. Overall, Rentberry allows making more informed decisions, makes the ‘landlord-tenant’ communication more transparent and helps to cut off the speculations.

Also, Rentberry automates all standard rental tasks, including credit score reports and e-signing lease agreement.

Yes, Rentberry is like an auction for property. Tenants can both overbid or outbid property price listed by landlords. Also, you can sign an agreement online and track all of your payments. There is no application fees and it's easy to list a property.
