Yes -- I'm not sure how many times but I do recall two and possibly three in one day. There are usually issues that occur in any transaction but they certainly seem less important after rather than during the course of events.
As you know, our closings in California are rather uneventful except for waiting for that call to tell us "we're confirmed" from the title or escrow company.

As recent as last month. Had one seller go in and sign earlier so she would have time to do a walk through and get to the next closing. Went relly well but we were concerned about the wire getting there in enough time. And I have a similar situation next week.

I have. Earlier this month, I had the "sale" closing in one room, and the "purchase" closing in the next. We were waiting in room #2, for the settlement statement and the check from the sale, to complete the purchase.
Everything went smoothly... ain't nothing like two settlements in a row.
