I'm with Mary Yonkers on this one - you just sucked 1 minute of time out of my life that I won't be getting back.

They have not perfected the cloning process so there are two of me.

Showing property takes the most time but you cannot rush those things Some buyers move very slowly, take their time and you just have to deal with it.

Most of them do not have technological solutions.

Waiting on the other participants.  We just got a 3-week extension thanks to the Lender or the Underwriter.  No technology will force them to move faster.

Waiting on other people. Nothing I can do to finish the writing work I do if I'm waiting on an email from a source. Only way anyone can ever work around that is to have enough things going at once that a delay on one thing means more time spent on another.  

Showing property.  Such a big chunk of time out of the day, but absolutely necessary.

If I could clone my mind and let it handle AR for me, that would free up some time...

writing blog posts....but wait, that's my job!!!

The secret to life and real estate goes beyond technological issues.  

Phone tag and waiting for the return call takes up too much of my time. Sometimes resolvable by texting.

Showing homes to buyers who can't make up their mind.

Phone calls seem to consume a bit of time, and not likely to be delegated to a tech solution anytime soon.

There is no technology or  solution for dealing with buyers and sellers emotional roller coaster in the largest transaction of their lives... so may I ask mr/ms anonymous are you Zillow or Redfin spy trying to get ideas how to solve something and eliminate the Realtor? Just wondering...Endre

Paperwork, research and face to face meetings.

Dealing with clients that like to talk ALOT!
