I provide a list, then ever time i add their listing somewhere, I send them the link. I once had a listing for a magistrate, and everyday he would call and ask me " What did you do today to get my property sold"? I made sure I always had an answer. As long as i did something, he was happy. Even if it was " I put up some flyers at the local grocery stores", or "I ordered another batch of post cards".
