I print out my Google Calender so it is in my face each day for the whole week and easy to see and update. But also keep appointments on my iPhone with alerts

Google Calendar on desktop, ipad and iphone.  Funny story; on Tues.  I was convinced I had an appt at 2pm (5 minutes from my home) I parked and checked my phone to confirm the gentleman's first name and the appt wasn't there! It was entered for Friday instead.   I 2nd guessed myself and drove back home and checked my notebook on my desk where I had jotted some notes during our phone conversation.  Sure enough, I had the wrong day and it was entered correctly on my calendar - no worries but it goes to show that sometimes, I need more than my phone!!

Electronically so I can get reminders.

I use google calendar, updating from either my phone or laptop. It works great for me.

Gmail/Google calendar all the way. It syncs with my laptop/phone, etc and I can add appointments whether at home or on the go. I also sync with the hubs calendar so we can both see each other's schedules.

I have shifted from Outlook to Google last year because of the ease of Google on my phone.  during the day I write apts down on my note pad and enter them at night.

I do both.  I love the calendar on my phone but I find a paper calendar book easier for viewing during long term planning.... working out several months. Then it gets transferred to the phone calendar.   

I'm old school.... shake your head but I write everything of a calendar....

I use outlook and every appmt is shared with google calendar so that it will show up on the phone.

For complete planning I still love using my paper calendar (Planner Pad). Aps synched between all my devices is what I use as my daily reminder calendar.

I phone Cal and writing down too. But Iphone app is really good with remindings, travel time and location info.

I use a paper planner, pen to paper is best for the brain.

However, to keep my team in the loop, I put all real estate appointments on Google Calendar for the alerts and reminders and to keep all on the same page. It's not as redundant as it sounds as my planner covers far more and needs to be tangible and with me at all times. It's my memory bank.

Suri has taken over that quite nicely. Prior to that it was my e-calender

I just put my appointments on my phone.  It lets me know, so I don't miss any of them.

I like a day timer paper appointment book. It is laying open on my desk and I can see how my day is.

Post it notes...all lined up from first to last.

I use a calendar and a notebook. The list of things to do is updated in my notebook on a daily basis. It works for me. 

My phone has a calander, unfortunately it is not synced with google.

I use a Google calendar too and can read it on my phone. It is so easy having everything in one place.

Outlook ... it works well for me ... has for years.  I set follow up and reminders ... ding!  

I do create a daily to-do list ... includes appointments as well.

Gmail calendar.  Been using it long before android phones came out and the primary reason I went with android over apple.

I use my iCloud calendar app, but what makes it useful is remembering to use alerts.

I use the iCalendar - synced to all my devices, a beautiful thing and Wunderlist (have to be disciplined about it).
