As many as there are to see.  I've been out showing properties for 5+ hours.

Depends - if they are out of town and only here to see condos - up to 6, if they are relocating looking for homes and renting - 3-4 a day

But really it depends on the customer and the situation - I've shown as many as 10 in one day to one customer - they wanted to put in 3 offers and they were cash buyers

Normally 2 - 5 but have as many as 13 with buyers from out of town

It depends on the situation:  Relos can take all day.  Locals only a few at a time.  

I once had a relo come to town and "warn" me she made her last agent show her 60 homes.  I point blank told her I would NOT show her 60 homes, that I would find them the perfect home long before that.  It's an interesting story about listening to the client and knowing the inventory.  I did find them the perfect home within a very short period of time.  

I tell buyers we can 6 to 8 during one 3-hr window, assuming they're not too far apart.  Because any more than 3 hours and ppl just can't absorb any more.

3 homes and then time to regroup and rethink! Then 3 more!

I try to hold it to no more than 6 - I don't think people can remember more than that in one showing - I know I can't!

It depends.  If it's houses, I think people start going sideways after three or four.  But with condos, especially if you have several in the same building, it can be more than that.  

I don't have a limit. Tomorrow I'm taking two sisters out to look at houses. They each have different needs. We are going to look at nine houses. 

I prefer it not to be more than 5-6 but have done as many as 15-20 which took all day but several were in the same areas.

No more than 5, unless it is relo and they are here for a short time only.

Hi Harry - These days in our very hot market, we're usually showing whatever just hit the market, one at a time, but our record is 16 in one day (not recommended!)

Locals: 7 max, usually no more than 5.  We write an offer at the end of the trip.

Relo: Some days, you're just touring the area and the sights.  They take a bit more homes before they write, just because they don't have intimate knowledge of the areas.

It depends on the buyer.  

It depends on what type of property they are buying.

It depends on what is available.

It depends if it is the first time out.

It depends if they are relocating from a different area or locally.  

It depends upon the Buyer.  If I have an "in and out" Buyer, maybe 8 or 10.  If it's a Buyer who takes 45 minutes to walk around a house with his arms folded, then maybe 3 or 4.

A buyers agent work is never done until the seller sings a  "yes" make an offer sweet type song. Until then, show and keep showing

Around 5 max. Buyers can't remember more than that it seems.

I will show as many as we have available that may fit their needs, this time of year with leases ending we have quite a few.
