There's a reason why agents are required to join the Board. I couldn't function without the MLS but probably would not join the Board if I didn't have to -- $500/year is a lot.

Both but our local board offers us a great deal of support as well as educational classes.  MLS of course is an absolute must have!

I would only belong to what was absolutely neccessary to do my job.  I would belong to the MLS and the state association only.  The state association gives us free zipforms & digital ink, so there is a huge benefit there.
