I have managed to control my caffeine intake much better these days.  I have a Nespresso machine and I drink only the one cup in the morning.  It may be a Cappuccino or a Latte or just black; I'm not into routines :)  I have a home office so I'll drink water throughout the day.  I'll also enjoy an Espresso after dinner but these days it is usually a caffeine free!

I rarely drink coffee.   As far as size goes -- it's more of a quality thing.  And I'm keeping with that story.  

I don't do starbucks EVER - can't understand why anyone would pay 5$ + for a cup of coffee - aside from they don't speak english and you can never just ask for a cup of coffee there!

My coffee at home costs less than .25 cents a cup - and it doesn't require me to speak gibberish ;)

I'll take a pass on that $7 Starbucks but the office coffee is horrible!!!! I no longer drink the stuff since I work from home now.

We have "Monique" our built in coffee maker that makes the coffee to the profile we have set ....usually 8-12 oz of caffiene fuel to get the day started.

I have an ENDLESS coffee mug and start my day with it - I couldn't wait until I got to the office!!

My husband always gets up first and makes coffee, he always leaves me one mug in the thermal pot.  Then I make another pot when I get to the office. and I drink from LARGE coffee cups.  If I'm on a road trip I fill my 30 oz YETI

I used to always stop at Dunks before heading in, but am doing a better job at skipping that coffee. I was at 3 a day and quite for 15 months, but recently enjoyed a nice iced coffee and can now look at it as a treat and not an every day thing. It cured my acid reflux and racing heart by stopping.  

Take a cup when I leave home and refill at the office!

I drink a warm glass of water first thing in the morning and have a cup of coffee before I leave. Try not to drink coffee the rest of the day!

I work from home so it isn't really about the size of cup, but rather how close to the coffee maker I am.  Just counted.....6 steps.......

I don't drink a lot of coffee so I'm ok working at home without it. 

Hi Paul - Mary always makes us coffe first thing, and I hit our office cappucino machine as soon as I get in - but that usually covers the day's coffee intake.

I don't drink coffee.  Rarely I'll do a tea or tea latte.  My heart thanks me.

No coffee. My drink of the morning takes me about 10 minutes to fix...fresh greens in the blender.

I like coffee.

Morning starts with a 1/2 craft from the drip coffee maker.

The morning ends with a glass of ice coffee on the patio communing with the blue jays, cardnals, woodpeckers and the occaisional armidilla.

Did I mention I like coffee? The problem is, when it's 90+ degrees in Florida, coffee can be more difficuilt to find. I prefer a cup of java in a diner to going to Bucks, Dunks or those other overpriced shops (except when with a client)

I make a coffee stop in my kitchen on my way to my home office and I return regularly to that kitchen for coffee throughout the day. I always drink my coffee from a large mug.
