Great question Ken's Home Team LLC. | 360.609.0226 | Portland, OR & Vancouver, WA Real Estate Team It's a toss up between 2 weeks in Japan or 2 weeks in France for vacation next year, I'd say the goals that allow that to happen make this #1, because if we can afford to go, the rest of the goals were achieved behind this one and that makes for a great year in business & personal goal achievement.

There is no such goal for me.  Once I accomplish that big hairy goal ... it does not mean that nothing else matters.  I carry on and continue to grow and build.

Great question & one that I can't quite answer yet!  I'll be pondering this as I prep for 2017 goal writing.

My goal for my professional career is the same each year.  Do the best I can, be financially solvent at the end of the year, do the same the follow year.

      Other than simplistic answers like, "Keep breathing", I cannot narrow it down to only one goal.  I am working on a lot of projects, I have many objectives.

Stay healthy.

Take more vacations.

To become more organized with my client list! I'd like a clean list with cool and effective drip campaigns, card reminders, stay in touch methods, etc.  Right now, I have lists stored everywhere from my personal email, to my work crm, to old fashioned paper notes and address books! It's a mess!

To maximize the personal and financial leverage I have worked on in 27 years of real estate. Persoanl leverage gives you opportunity, and financial leverage gives you the freedom to do it.

I will plan my Goals in November when I do my budget and marketing plan.

My goal is to have 40% of my business sales and 60% property management.

To continue to build my business and surpass this years' business.
