I will say this about movers only. You can barely afford their services per hour let alone throw in a decent tip.

I recently had a company that I used start throwing things after I didn't give a tip on a 1 hr job tops. Very immature response for the team lead which was another reason they got no tip.

Never tipped appliance delivery people or furniture delivery people either. 9 out of 10 you have to pay extra for that so ??

I have never tipped delivery people other than pizza delivery. Now I have tipped movers when they worked into the night and did a fine job of taking care of our furniture.

I do not tip MOVERS for doing the job they were hired to do.

However, should other circumstances exist, I will add incentive to overcome those circumstances. For example: a conflict in schedule places the mover in a two places at once situation. Such circumstances may require an incentive to make the mover forget about the other party.

Stuff going to the third floor may require incentives along with copious amounts of ice-cold water, especially here in Florida.

The problem becomes with interstate movers, by the time the 'owner' has been pillaged and plundered at the scales, they are not much inclined to reward the villain.

I give our mailman a card with cash in it each Christmas, not sure if that counts, and tip pizza/food delivery people. We tipped furniture delivery people once since they loaded our old furniture and delivered it to be donated for us. (We cleared it with the owner of the furniture store first).

I've never tipped movers or furniture delivery people.  Never even occurred to me to do so.

I tip the pizza guy, though I really wonder why that is an accepted practice.  One time I had food catered for a large party.  It was brought to the house and the guy spent 20 minutes or so setting it all up and worked with me and my co-hosts to get the spares placed and to design the flow of traffic.  We tipped him very well and I called his manager and gave a rave review.

But I've never been able to tip the movers.
