Hi, Devon. If you are new and working with a brokerage that has a good Marketing Department, they might be able to work with you to come up with a campaign. It's pretty daunting for anyone to come up with 48 letters at once! If you do buy pre-written ones, be absolutely certain to read them carefully before they go out, and also edit them to make them your own.
